Purchase, refinance, reverse mortgage and buyer or seller packages, from an NNA Certified Loan Signing Agent.
How It Works
As a National Notary Association (NNA) Certified Loan Signing Agent, I meet borrowers at the location agreed upon with the lender or title company and guide them through each signature and notarization.
I return the completed package as the title company directs.
For loan signings I am a notary signing agent: I verify identity, witness and notarize signatures, and return the package. I do not explain loan terms, handle funds, or act as the escrow officer.
Texas home-equity loans and home-equity lines of credit must be signed at the office of the lender, an attorney, or a title company. I cannot bring those closings to your home.
Fees
Travel and after-hours fees are listed on the fees page. A 10% deposit is due at booking to reserve your appointment. It is applied to your total at the appointment.
